Wrench precautions

A wrench, also known as a combination of a ratchet wrench and a power tool, is mainly a tool that provides high torque output with minimal consumption. Precautions:
1. Check before use and have someone responsible.

4. The socket connection must be connected with a special pin and sealed with a rubber ring.
5. It is forbidden to load and unload pneumatic wrench sets with air (without closing the air valve) and clean air wrenches with air.
6. All kinds of equipment are not allowed to start or supply air without the permission of the person in charge.
7. After all kinds of equipment are used up, pull down the quick connector to clean it and keep it properly.
8. When using, do not overload, do not idling at high speed, to prevent premature wear of the machine.
9 Lubricating oil should be injected from the pipe every day.
10. If a secondary impact is found during use, it should be shut down for inspection immediately, and it is forbidden to disassemble it on site (referring to unclean places), and should be sent to the repair department for overhaul in time.
Maintain:
1. Pneumatic wrenches are relatively delicate tools. They should be handled with care and should not be bumped or dropped to the ground.
2. The accuracy and sensitivity of the wrench should be checked regularly.
3. After using the wrench, wipe it clean with cotton yarn and put it in the holder.
