42841A 是一款偏置电流源，可与 E4980A、4284A 或 4285A 搭配使用。 已配置的测量系统能够在 20 Hz 至 2 MHz 频率范围内（使用 E4980A）执行高达 40 A 的直流偏置电流测量，或在 75 kHz 至 30 MHz 频率范围内执行高达 10 A 的电流测量。
