◆龙门滚镀设备主要应用于小型工件的批量电镀，设计特点如下：
1）行车设有接水盘装置，防止滚桶和工件带出的液交叉污染槽液。
2）行车设有脱水机械，当滚桶被提起后，脱水机械带动滚桶旋转，使滚桶和工件藏有的液滴回原站位，减少镀液的浪费。
3）滚桶的装卸料采用自动装置完成，并可与后处理机械手自动衔接，减少为设置错误，降低工劳动强度。
4）滚桶设有自动称重装置，整流机可根据滚桶的装载量自动设定电流。
5）滚桶转轴和盖板的花式设计，有效的防止滚桶卡货或夹货，提高电镀的良品率。

2）Hoist comes with drying mechanism, when barrel if lift up, drying mechanism and rotating the barrel and force the solution drip back to tank, reduce loss of plating solution
