As a result, the technical state of the mold is deteriorating day by day, affecting the normal progress and efficiency of production as well as the quality of products.
Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job of maintenance in order to make the stamping die work better and increase the service life.
What kind of daily maintenance do you need to pay attention to?
There are three stages of daily maintenance that require attention.
1: preparation before use of stamping die.
The surface of the mold needs to be cleaned and maintained before the mold is installed, so that the installation surface of the mold and the working table of the press will not be crushed, and it is necessary to check whether the fastening parts are abnormal.
2: maintenance during the use of stamping die.
It is necessary to lubricate the sliding parts of the mold regularly to prevent the surface wear of the sliding parts caused by barbaric operation, keep abreast of the working status of the die, and stop for maintenance immediately if it is found abnormal.
3: disassembly of stamping die after use.
After using the mold, the mold should be removed from the press according to the correct operation procedure, and should not be disassembled and unloaded randomly.
Wipe it clean after disassembly and apply oil to prevent rust.
